Merry Christmas Peeps!

I know this holiday season has been way different for a lot us but I hope you all got a dose of Christmas cheer if you got nothing else!

My family and I challenged each other to a family bake off and I made a Samoa Cookie Pie!

Caramel Delites are normally my weakness during Girl Scouts Cookie season so there was no taking my eye off this one.

All it was a simple cookie pie crust, chocolate chips, shredded coconut, homemade caramel sauce and sweetened condensed milk. I added with more caramel sauce and baked for 25 minutes before melting more chocolate chips for the topping.

Note: you might fall into a sugar coma after a slice of this!
