Asian Coleslaw






After my personal post last week, I was all about keeping my body in working harmony!
Nothing fancy of course but I tackled my long internal battle with coleslaw this week. Never was a big fan but once my eyes fell on this asian coleslaw, I was willing to be convinced.
Majority of the ingredients were the same ones I used in my pad thai and potstickers a couple weeks ago, which told me and my tastebuds all we needed to know!
Once I shredded the veggies, they were drenched in a peanut sesame dressing that tasted too good to be true.
To make it meal, I added a sesame ginger marinated salmon fillet.
