Frittata

 Ya know…





As long as I have been living in Wisconsin, you’d think I’d be used to the snow but now as a working adult I really don’t look forward to the snow (those declared snow days tho👌🏾).


This frittata warmed my icebox heart (cue Omarion dance moves) in the midst of trying to throw hands with snow flurries (definitely lost)

Ingredients included eggs, almond milk, tomatoes, mushrooms, garlic, spinach and arugula, and the fatty goodness that is bacon and sausage links 

I whisked the eggs and milk together with salt and pepper. The chopped veggies and meat went into a small cast iron skillet and then poured the egg mixture went over everything. 


I popped it in the oven until the eggs set and then garnished with goat cheese.
